By completing this booking, you agree to The Par Experience Liability Waiver, Safety Rules, and Media Release. All participants must follow safety guidelines and assume all risks associated with use. All participants must complete a waiver prior to use. A QR code will be provided at the time of the event for each participant to fill out. 

THE PAR EXPERIENCE

Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver

This Rental Agreement is entered into between The Par Experience and the customer listed on this order. By paying you agree to this waiver, the customer agrees to the following terms. 

Event & Rental Terms

The Par Experience agrees to provide a mobile golf simulator experience for the date, time, and location specified in the booking. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space, access, and safe conditions for setup and operation. 

Minimum space requirements:  approximately 10ft wide x 13 ft deep x 10 ft high clearance. 

Use of Equipment 

All equipment remains the property of The Par Experience. The Par Experience reserves the right to stop service if unsafe conditions occur.

Weather & Environment 

The Par Experience reserves the right to delay, pause, or cancel due to unsafe weather conditions. No refunds will be issued once services have begun. 

Damage & Responsibility 

The booking customer assumes responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Participation involves inherent risks including being struck by golfballs or clubs, By paying or participating, the individual agrees to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability 

I release The Par Experience from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.

Participant Responsibility 

Only one person may swing at a time. All others must remain clear of the swing area. 

Alcohol & Conduct

Unsafe or intoxicated participants may be removed. 

Property Damage

Participants are responsible for damage caused by misuse.

Minors

A parent/guardian must agree on behalf of minors to participate.

Photo & Video Release

Participants grant permission for photos/videos to be used for marketing unless they notify staff.

Acknowledgement 

By signing, paying, or participating, the individual agrees to this waiver.
